In the end, everything was completed in a totally satisfactory manner. The first commode was dirty, perhaps from sitting in a warehouse. When the store was called about this, they came out and inspected it, and provided a new replacement plus installation.

The work turned out excellent! The salesman at the Lowe's store was very helpful and professional. The installation crew came out to measure and came back 10 days later to install. It looks very professional and very nice!
