They came out, after two other plumbers had been out, and found the issue and fixed it. They stayed longer then just finding one thing and saying you need to replumb your entire system. They were very thorough and very punctual. They charge on an hourly basis but they did not charge for the time spent waiting for equipment to arrive. A journeyman and help came out and they were very conscientious about not getting the floor dirty. They were in and out of a crawl space and took care to put on and floor protectors when they entered the home. They were really sweet to my son. All around I can't say enough good things.

Repairmen showed up on time and methodically fixed everything satisfactorily, even calling for parts they hadn't carried with them. They were young, clearly experienced, but not as diligent as I expected in terms of cleaning up after themselves. They did what they could but we had to go behind them to clean floors and counters. Still, good value given that other local plumbers never even bothered to return our calls.

They did exactly what they said they would do. They showed up when they told me they would be there and performed the work as expected. The work was completed for what the estimate was quoted. They were done in several hours and stayed on task until the work was completed. They followed up with me when they were done and waited while I tested the water system in the house to ensure there were no issues. Well done!

Love quoted me the best price around and provided the best service I could ask for. They were always easy to contact, very helpful when I had questions and showed up exactly when they said they would be here. I highly recommend these guys and I will be working with them again in the future.

I like the quote his quote. He checked the crawl space and told me where it was best to put the unit in the crawl space. They came in the next week when I called them and they came on the date he told me they would come. I was at work and he called me and told me they were on the way. They got here about fifteen minutes after I got here and everything went well.

Kitchen faucet was constantly dripping. The Love technician quickly
determined that the cartridge need to be replaced, This was a challenge
because the make of the faucet and cartridge was not known. The
technician had to take the old cartridge to a plumbing supply place to
discover it was a Price Pfister. After the new cartridge was installed
the faucet worked fine and no more dripping.
The Love technician was on time and quickly found the replacement cartridge. He was friendly and competent. I was quoted $100.00 per hour rate when I called for service and that is what I was charged.

Went on the recommendation of the technician to go with the Goodman unit vs replacing with a Carrier. He stated they install alot of Goodman's and haven't had any trouble with them and the Goodman was a cost savings over the Carrier.

Came out to the property--very cordial and professional. Repaired the problem and left. Problem reoccured--called and they sent out a team to repair a second time--and fixed the problem. Was only charged for the first service call--Love Plumbing stood behind their repair in that when the problem was not fixed the first time--sent additional team at no cost to repair same again.

The men that came said that it was a leak at the drain valve and they fixed it. I ended up not having to get a new tank which saved me a lot of cash. They could have just gone ahead with the replacement, but instead were honest enough to say that it wasn't really necessary

They arrived on time and dug the trench fairly quickly. They broke an irrigation line and repaired it the next day. Overall, they did a good job with the work. I had wished that they had done a little better in filling back in the dirt.

They were prompt, professional, and completed the work in a very short a amount of time. They gave me an estimate, and then found that one part that was budgeted was not needed, so I paid less than expected.
