LINCOMFELT ROOFING

They repaired the barn roof (about ten sections of tin roofing) and replaced fiberglass panels that let light in. That was done promptly. Before I would let them start on the house roof I wanted to see copies of their insurance, both for their work and for workman's compensation. That's when they did not show up and quit returning phone calls. I had paid Calvin for the work on the barn so we were even but I had to get another contractor to do the house roof.

Calvin Lincomfelt showed up early in the morning as expected and began the roof removal. It was noisy, but the guys were doing their job. The only time they quit was to take a short break for water and their lunch. They removed all of the old shingles and hauled them off the first day. Mr. Lincomfelt hauled the old shingles off and left no old materials on the ground. I was really pleased with that, as the last time my house was roofed, they left trash here and there. I only found one nail on the ground, and the roof looked beautiful. Everything was done as he said. After he had finished he told me if there were any problems, he would stand by his work and give him a call if there were any problems. He had also told me this when we talked about the job earlier. I was very pleased with his work and professional handling of my job. Since then he has roofed several other houses in my area. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him highly.

He did an excellent job. He was on time, and cleaned up perfectly. He used a good product. I've had several months now to review his work and it looks great! There are no leaks. I have already recommended him to other people. His prices are reasonable. It is a good price.
