 + 0 moreRichard and his helper were great, they did an excellent job! They always kept us informed of their schedule and worked with us with our schedule too. They cleaned up each day, never left a mess. Richard coordinated very well with the HVAC contractor and the Electrical contractor. They were always very friendly and professional. We have a curious cat and they were always very careful not to let him (the cat) get trapped in the very hot attic.
Description of Work: Richard built a 10' X 11' Attic Storage Room, in our existing attic with a cedar floor. They encased the downstairs A/C ductwork and then covered the top of that ductwork with cedar, which made a great useable lower shelf. They insulated the walls, ceiling, and they hung, finished and painted the drywall and doors. They installed shelving for hanging clothes, added an electrical outlet, and a large light fixture. They added two doors off of the storage room. They also painted our wrought iron patio table, chairs and a bench. Oh yes, they painted our house numbers on the road by our mailbox too.

 + -1 moreThe replacement of the original 1960's windows went very smoothly. I have all sizes of windows, and Richard went over all options with me before the installation. His work area was very neat and tidy, and everything was picked up and cleaned up very well. The entire process was completed in a few days with just Richard and his helper. He knows his business! It was a very painless and stress-free for me! I will use the company again and HIGHLY recommend him.

 + 0 moreWe can't think of enough praise for the work Richard Spagnola did on what for us was a major remodeling. Richard contracted the job and coordinated all subs. He developed the plans and oversaw all aspects of the job to ensure it met all engineering and building code requirements. He kept us well informed through out the project and all the work that he did himself was done to the highest quality and professional standards. Like any home renovation, we had structural "surprises" and Richard was always able to recommend a creative solution that left the house stronger than before he started. Quality, attention to detail, economy and aesthetics were always kept in mind.
Description of Work: Home remodeling. Converted a lower bedroom into a large 2 car attached garage & powder room.

 + 2 moreThis was a great experience. The attention to detail was excellent. An interior designer visited our home and was very impressed with the tile work and the little details that made the end results very professional. At the end of each workday, the work area was well vacuumed and cleaned. Richard Spagnola, the owner, and Rick Queen make a very good team.
Description of Work: Three bathrooms were gutted and completely renovated. All bathrooms had tile floors installed. Two of the three had shower walls tiled. One bathroom renovation included expansion of the shower by taking space from a hall closet. In the guest bathroom the cast iron tub was refinished. The laundry room had repairs and tile floor added. An interior wall was added to separate the laundry room from a bedroom that really improved the focus and functionality of the space. The popcorn ceiling in the den was replaced with a smooth surface and lighting added. The 28 by 15 foot space was updated by painting the old panelling. During the process we found some structural issues that needed repair. Richard addressed them and made the needed improvements. Everything looks great.
