Very unprofessional and unethical company. Rude employees / non existent customer service. Everybody is family and they only care about each other, not the customer. And, if you use them check your invoice. You will probably find that it has been inflated.

We talked to other pool companies before we decided to go with Kiker Pool and Spas. They did a great job installing our pool. We wanted to work with a pool company that didn't avoid you after they installed your pool and got your money. Kiker Pool Company has done everything to make sure we are happy customers. We have our water tested in their store and we also buy chemicals from them. I would highly recommend using them to install your pool. This company has been in business since 1982.

The lady was really nice and they seemed like they knew what they were talking about. I'm not impressed with the people that currently service my pool so I may be switching to Kiker for that as well. I liked getting chemicals with them because they spent a lot of time with me and I didn't have to stand in line at the pool store; I am more than happy to spend two more dollars on chemical if it means I only have to spend 20 minutes in the store.
