Called on 11/5 to request a service call, the young lady I spoke with let me know that she would contact the technician and see when they could come out. Within 15 minutes I received a call from the company to let me know that it would later in the afternoon as the techs were on a job out of town, and they would call if they couldn't make it out today, which I responded that it was quite alright. Later around 3:30 or so she called me back to let me know it would have to be the next day, again I responded saying that was ok. This morning 11/6 I received a call from the technician around 9:00am requesting to know when I would be available for them to stop by. I let him know that any time was fine and he was at my door 20 minutes later. It took him about 35 minutes to fix the issue and I HONESTLY could not believe the amount for the repair. The amount for the service call was $128.00 total. That was for parts, labor and the travel. I had already called a couple of other companies and they quoted roughly $100 - $125 just for the service call, that didn't include parts and labor, just for them to come to the house. That is outrageous, so in closing if you need a REALLY GREAT plumbing company give Kiker Plumbing a call I don't think you will be disappointed!!

I contacted the office multiple times and asked that Jimmy call me to discuss problems with the septic pump control panel that they had installed 8 months earlier. The alarm circuit appeared to have a short in it that they could not seem to find. After hiring an electrician for myself, the problem was found. I had another company replace the pump control float, alarm control float, and install a new control panel. Do not call Kicker if you expect to have your call returned
