We had an excellent experience with this company. He was not the lowest bid that we received. His painting subs were excellent and we were very happy with the outcome. We highly recommend his services and will use him again for future projects.

Jerry was the fourth and final bidder for this project. He wasn't the lowest, but he was very competitive. He priced the job for his labor so we were able to source and purchase higher quality materials and finishes than we would have had he purchased it all and marked it up in his quote. The final price was more than 50% lower than another bid we had received. Jerry was very accommodating throughout the project and he worked well with my wife to present options and his ideas. He was punctual and maintained a clean and tidy work sight. His crew was also quite nice. He knows what he is good at and uses subs who are equally good at what they do-and they were reasonably priced as well. We had them do additional work around our house because we were so pleased. This was our final bathroom remodel for our house; we are only sorry we didn't find Jerry(KB Construction)sooner! We would recommend Jerry to anyone who is looking to complete a similar project.

Jerry Boothe from KB Construction visited our home and we shared what our current kitchen problems were and also shared what our vision was. Jerry was able to work with our ideas and come back with a great plan that met all of our needs.
