+ -1 moreLooks good overall and no leaks and we had some heavy rains right after. Replaced all rotted wood included without additional cost. Re-used some of the same flashing and did not do some of the counter flashing around the chimney as I expected. You get what you pay for..
Description of Work: Joe took two layers roofing off my ranch house and replaced with 30 year architectural shingles.
