They were very thorough. Removed some of the shrubbery around the outside unit that was in the way of it acting properly. Updated Freon. Checked attic units.
Explained everything they were doing and answered questions thoroughly.

Response was quick and easy set the appt. Jerry one of the mechanics showed on time. Inspected unit and all coils. Blew out the drain up in the attic. Explained and answered question on a few things. Very good experience.
