House Cleaning
I AM THE PERSON WHO ADDED THIS COMPANY TO ANGIE'S LIST. I HAD BEEN HAVING MY HOUSE CLEANED FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS BY CARMEN WILSON. DURING THE LAST FEW MONTHS, SHE WAS NOT AS THOROUGH, BUT SHE ALSO HAD TAKEN ON A LOT OF HOUSES TO CLEAN AND WAS TRYING TO GET HER SISTER TRAINED TO ASSIST HER. A FEW WEEKS AGO, ON MY SCHEDULED MORNING, HER SISTER CALLED ME TEN MINUTES BEFORE MY SCHEDULED CLEANING TIME TO SAY THAT CARMEN WAS NOT FEELING WELL AND WOULD NOT BE COMING TO CLEAN TODAY. WHEN I VOICED MY DISPLEASURE AT THE LAST MINUTE NOTICE, HER SISTER ADDED THAT SHE WAS LETTING SOME CUSTOMER'S GO AND NOT CLEANING AS MANY HOMES ANY MORE. I WAS ASTOUNDED AS I HAD LEFT A SERVICE I WAS WITH TWO YEARS AGO TO FOLLOW CARMEN AT HER REQUEST AND I HAD JUST ADDED HER TO ANGIE'S LIST AS AN AWESOME CLEANER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
