Company stopped showing up with no communication at all. They don't respond to phone or emails. Additionally, we were under contract for a monthly fee they were to provide a spring/fall clean up along with some lite pruning. Since they simply stopped, I did not get my clean up nor pruning which I've been paying for all year. Complete lack of professionalism.

I have been using them for some time now and have been completely satisfied. I am out of town so I depend on them to do the work and to keep it looking great.
Description of Work
Jenkins Captivating Landscapes maintains a retail plaza for me. They cut grass, mulch, cut down trees and controls the litter on the property. They also send me video's and pictures of the property.

The services have all gone excellent. When I come home my yard is always done and taken care of. They show up in a timely manner and take pride in their work as well as pay attention to detail.
Description of Work
I have been using them for a little over 2 years, they have done complete sodding, fertilization, treatments as well as leaf removal and biweekly care.
