 + -1 moreI've been trying to get in contact with him just to finish the job. He keeps ignoring my texts telling me what he will come and he never shows up. It has been such a hassle just to get him out here to finish the job. I paid him for the second half of the job and he is now not showing up. He has made promises and hasn't showed up. He just takes the money and runs. There is always an excuse with him and he is terrible with contacting me.
Description of Work: He came out and wanted a down payment of 1000 so he can go buy some grout for the job. I paid that in cash. He promised he would do it within three days and we are reaching the three week mark now. He said he would charge an extra 10% if I used a card. He installed tiles in one kitchen and bathroom. I should have known it wasn't going to work when he said he didn't even have a business card.
