 + -1 moreWe told them the fan was bad & needed to be replaced. They had it for a week & told me the motherboard was fried. They kept it for another week so they could retrieve the files on the computer. They said they would have it for 2 weeks then called to tell me they could not retrieve the data & that my computer was fried. They offered to buy my computer for $40 & sell me another one of theirs. My husband noticed another computer repair company that told me the fan was bad & that was all that needed to be repaired. After telling Interlink about that, they did refund my money.
Description of Work: They gave a diagnostic for computer repair. They attempted to recover data from the computer.
