It was gorgeous! He would make suggestion to meet my needs. He worked very well with me. He is very personable but professional. He came in every morning with a joke; a clean joke.

I thought there was something wrong with the pump because the water wouldn't exit. He came and said that the problem was a certain thing. He changed his mind and decided that he needed to change the motor. He changed the motor, I paid him, and he left. He put in a motor that I didn't need. The pricing was fine, and his punctuality was fine.

When I called Mark, he suggested that I might want to try to see if it was just something loose that I could easily fix myself. I was impressed with his sincerity in trying to help me. It turned out to be more involved, and I had to call him back. He came over that same evening to look at the sink and diagnose the problem. When I got the new faucet, he gave me an appointment in 2 days to install it. I liked that he appreciated the urgency of my repair, being that I couldn't use my kitchen sink at all. When he came back to install the new faucet, he was on time and he worked fast. He seems like a very fair and honest worker. I would use him again, and recommend him to others.

He came over at ten o' clock. He took out our sink and treated our stuff as well as you would treat them yourself. He obviously has some schooling beyond the average handyman. He did everything he said he would do. He was quick and worked very well. He was very professional. His prices seemed to be reasonable. I would defiantly use him again.

He does good work, very responsive, and very conscientious. He is also reasonable but not cheap.

The person they sent out was very nice and professional. I had no issues with the repairs they did. We were on a short deadline to get this stuff done before closing and they were able to meet my deadline with ease. I would highly recommend this company.
