Mike Martin, is excellent. This guy can fix anything on a car or truck. I have used him for over ten years. He is very easy going and trustworthy. If you are looking for an honest mechanic and reasonable prices this is the guy, look no further. He has done both large and small jobs for me, if he works on it, it is fixed! Everyone I have sent to him is extremely satisfied. I ask him, "Mike can you fix this." His answer is always, "Sure Nuff"
Description of Work: Flushed and cleaned a radiator and several other car repairs. Has worked on many of my cars over the years.

Update: Though she showed no interest throughout this process even when I told her i felt they should pay part of this rebuild, Chanteau has just called me on a personal line and started yelling at me about the review and hanging up without waiting for my response.
Description of Work: Purchased Vehicle had total transmission failure in vehicle within 6 months. Shop by me to do requested thorough examination of transmission and lied about performing said examination. Car taken to independent shop. Diagnosis confirmed transmission had not been serviced in some time though Goose Creek originally claimed it had before sale.

We would like to like to respond to this member's review, who has cut and pasted forms of this review all over the internet. On March 28, 2009, Goose Creek Auto Werks sold (name removed from response) a 1997 Mercedes E300D with 169,426 miles at the time of the sale. Transmission fluid and much more were checked before the auto was offered for sale. Ms (name removed from response) signed the “AS IS, NO WARRANTY” Buyers Guide at the time of the sale. In purchasing an auto at such high mileage, a Vehicle Product Warranty should have been considered at the time of the sale. Goose Creek Auto Werks offers warranties and there are also exceptional offers online. On November 16, 2009, Goose Creek Auto Werks worked up Estimate #0000023 to replace the transmission in the automobile in question. This was almost 8 months after the sale. The mileage on the car at the time of the estimate was 176,845, which put the miles driven since the time of sale at 7,419 miles. If there was a problem with the transmission at the time of the sale, transmission failure would have happened a lot sooner. We cannot accept responsibility for this transmission failure, considering the months and the mileage since the 3/28/2009 sale. Thank you. Scott & Chanteau Plowman, owners

Good people. We were expecting the muffler. They were precise about exactly what we needed to do to get our vintage Mercedes back in action. We'll use them for as long as we own this car!
Description of Work: Goose Creek Automotive replaced a muffler and a high beam and did an oil change & inspection.
