Overall it went great.

I needed my carpet cleaned and a friend referred Everkleen to me after using them to have her carpets cleaned. I called Everkleen and dealt with Mr. Aaron Miles. I couldn't have been more pleased. From the initial phone call to the actual carpet cleaning I was very happy with the results. Mr. Miles was very courteous and professional on the phone. He quoted me a price for my 4 rooms and we set up a day and time to have the work done. Mr. Miles arrived at my home exactly when he said he would. When cleaning my carpet, Mr. Miles was extremely careful about not hitting the walls or baseboards and even helped me place a few pieces of small furniture out of the way so he could clean. He used a "dry" type cleaner and a special machine which made the carpet look and smell brand new without any residue or dampness. I have 3 children, a cat and a dog and if Everkleen can make my carpet look new again, I'm sure they can clean yours as well. One of my favorite things about my Everkleen experience was that there was no "up sale". Although they offer many other cleaning services, Mr. Miles adhered to his original quote and did not try to sell me anything else I didn't need like carpet protector, fragrances, upcharge for pet odors, etc. (I've had other companies try to sell me these things) Overall I am very happy with my Everkleen experience and would highly recommend them.

Aaron was on time and very personable. I could not believe how clean my carpets were! It smelled very fresh and pleasant! I must say I have used other carpet cleaners in the past and there is no comparison! They explained to me the HOST process verses wet carpet cleaning! It was very eye-opening! I will never use wet carpet cleaning companies again! It was a pleasure! You have my business from now on!
