Doc Imports

Wow. I was told these guys were great and finally used them. I called 8 other A rated shops and this company was the only one that treated me fairly and honestly. Every other shop was similar in price, with a key exception. Doc Imports was honest and did not charge me the core charges. For my service all other shops charged around $125.00 for the caliber, then planned to keep the $45-$50 core refund, so basically was charging $175 just for the part. Then their hourly rates were higher. Bottom line. Doc Imports saved me around $150 total out of pocket money, as I had both calibers done, as all the shops recommended. Incredible service. My money comes hard. I'll never go anywhere else and plan to take all our cars there in the future. Good job, Ronnie. Very Much appreciated.

I went with a friend to pick up his Honda ( I have a 2003 Pilot and was looking for a good mechanic ) and met the owners Richard and Ronnie at Doc Imports. Talk about first impressions ! They explained the repairs to my buddy and took time to answer his questions. They even convinced him to take the replaced part back to NAPA and get a refund ....which he did ! These guys were straight shooters , and men of their word ! I checked them on Angies List and BBB and decided to give them a try.I decided to have them do my 90000 maintenance . To give you an example of thier fairness...... the Honda dealer wanted $ 279 just to replace my platinum plugs.... they did it for $ 95 with no labor charge since they were doing it as part of the total maintenance package ! They also showed me my cabin and engine filters to see how dirty they were and I could judge for myself if I wanted to replace them more often ! I expected to pay about $750 at the dealer and Doc Imports did it for a litlle more than half ! In addition the dealer had said I needed an expensive steering repair ( $ 1400 + ) .... .Ronnie checked out my steering and said I didn't need any repair of the type the dealer described ! It is nice to find honest guys, who seem to genuinely care about people, doing quality work at a very fair price, and taking the time to explain things to us non mechanics ! They are my new and quot;go to guysand quot; ! Besides saving me money the quality of their work seems to be top notch !

Went well, completed the fix in a decent amount of time.

I noticed my headlight was not burning on dim, so contacted Honda Doc, and was told they could fix and I needed an oil change. They got the headlight in and took care of everything promptly.

Very well. They were very responsive, answered all questions and performed work in a timely manor.

He did a real good service. They're friendly and truthful. I liked them all the way around. I'm very satisfied with the work. They answered all my questions. I couldn't have gotten a better price anywhere else. I came in there, didn't have an appointment, and got out of their in 45 minutes.

Went in for oil change, 1st time to use HondaDoc in a few years, have been using honda service center in Matthews, however, had oil changed and while doing this the technician found a nail in my tire and removed it, etc. Great service. Will return

They used to be known as Honda Doc, but I think they had changed names recently. They are timely and communicate very well about what they think needs to be done. They know what they are doing and perform good quality work. They had charged me probably $400 for the master cylinder replacement.
