DIANE'S CLEANING SERVICES

Diane used to clean my house when I lived in a larger home. When I downsized 3 years ago she came to my new house and cleaned before I moved in-she even washed down inside the cabinets. Due to working a lot of overtime the house was looking rather sad. Last week I called Diane on Thurs. to see if she could possibly clean my house before the Labor Day weekend. She remembered me even after 3 years. She said she would be happy to come on Mon. When I got home from work the house was shining. She had even cleaned the outside of my back door which is glass. My dogs love to press their noses against the door and watch me. Unfortunately, the door already has nose prints on it again but the fact that Diane was observant of a detail many would overlook is what makes her services outstanding. Very fair price as well.

Diane has been cleaning my home for over 5 years. When I moved to the other side of town she drives all the way over to still clean my new home. She does a good job and is very reasonably priced.

Diane is a very fair woman. At first I was looking for someone to come in every week and clean my home. She did let me know that since it was a small home, just me and my husband, she would just be taking money from me if she came every week. We decided on a initial "major" clean, and then her crew would come every two weeks. The initial "major" cleaning left me having to point out several areas. Diane told me that they wash windows and also do laundry. The sweep, vacuum, mop, etc. Well, they were great at vacuuming and dusting. Diane was very good at listening to what I was looking for, just not communicating that to her employees. Never in the months that I used the service did they wash the windows. Only once did they do laundry, which included them throwing towels in the washer and leaving them there to get nasty...my husband instantly told them to do no more laundry. Several times I had to call Diane regarding the cleaning of my fans and baseboards. Finally, I asked if Diane would meet with me and go over with me in person the areas that I was having problems with. We set a date, she did not show. I rearranged my day to make it to this meeting, and when I spoke with her, she just seemed bothered. That was the end of our relationship.

She was very prompt and very thorough. She was quick and did a very good job. She cleaned up after doing her work, and I was very pleased with her. Everything was cleaned very nicely.
