Dan is top notch here's why: - He answered the phone and seemed more than happy to come by at MY convenience to provide an estimate. - He showed up ON TIME and was very friendly. - Provided me with a very reasonable written estimate and time date and time he could do the work. -Again, he showed up ON TIME fixed everything as promised. -Results, did a wonderful job! I can hardly tell where the damage was. - I WILL USE THIS MAN AGAIN ! Thanks, Dan!

FIXED FAUCET IN MASTER BATH. REPAIRED MASTER BATH TOILET. REMOVED INSULATION AWAY FROM VENT PIPE IN ATTIC. REPAIRED NAIL POPS ON ROOF AND FLASHING AROUND CHIMNEY. REPAIRED AND REPLACED OTHER FLASHING. REPLACED DAMAGED BRICK MOLDING AND INSTALLED DRIP CAP ON DOOR. INSTALLED SUPPORTS UNDER TWO OUTSIDE DOORS. FIXED THE ELECTRIC GARAGE DOORS. PAINTED BACK DOOR. REPAIRED KITCHEN SINK FAUCET.
