What an amazing company. Darrin came to my family’s rescue when my daughter ran into our well house. Within less than 2 hours we had water and it didn’t cost us more than expected. They are the number one well company to call. No one is better, maybe cheaper but don’t let that fool you. They know their trade and you have to pay the right amount for the top work they do.

I was very happy with Mr. Catoe because he explained each step of what he was doing and gave me the option of repairing or replacing worn out parts. At no time did I feel pressured to buy anything. He also fixed and re-routed some of the original PVC pipes the original owner had installed incorrectly. He also treated our well with chlorine, since opening the well casing and pulling the tubing out introduces dirt and germs to the well.

We opted for a new pressure tank and new submersible pump instead of repairing the old system, and Mr. Catoe quoted us a reasonable price for it all. He cleaned up the work site and was at all times friendly and respectful.

I feel that we got top-rate professional service, good quality replacement parts, and paid a fair price for our new system. I'll certainly keep Catoe Well Co. in my list of trusted companies.

I called on the well in the evening and I was amazed somebody picked up the phone to spend some time with me. Very pleasant and professional service from start to finish. I believe all the work which was done was needed and that no attempts were made to inflate costs.

I contacted three Angie's List well companies. All three answered the phone at 7:30 am. Only Catoe Well Drilling was able to respond quickly and they were on time. Once they arrived, they assessed the situation and confirmed the problem prior to replacing the well pump. Impressively they had all the parts and fittings as well as several commonly used pumps on the truck. They literally came outfitted to do the job without having to leave the site, and thus cost us more money for their time. Once the pump was replaced, they inspected the remainder of our well equipment for any other unknown problems. Fortunately for their diligence, they found a pressure switch that was going bad and checked my well pressure stabilizing tank and adjusted the pressure to where it should be. I, being a contractor, appreciated the diligence, because so many other companies only fix what they are told too. They don't practice due diligence as a part of their service visit. This was a nice change.

THEY RESPONDED WITHIN 3 HOURS FROM WHEN I CALLED, BECAUSE I HAD NO RUNNING WATER. DESPITE POURING RAIN AND A THUNDERSTORM, THEY DUG DOWN TO FIND A LEAK AND REPAIRED IT, GIVING ME RUNNING WATER AGAIN.

NOW THEY COME OUT AND SERVICE IT OCCASSIONALLY. HAVE BEEN REAL GOOD AND DEPENDABLE.
