I am very pleased with their work. The were very honest with me and helped me understand the significance of static water level, pipe retention as storage tank and how that affected the GPM I actually needed. If someone were to scam you, this would be the place to do it. Trust these people! Professional, friendly and well worth the reasonable price they charge.

Carolina Well came out and diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for various options to fix the problem. Their estimates were competitive but I went with another provider because they were closer to me and was the first quote I asked for. I would gladly have used Carolina Well if the other company was not available.

I am so glad I found this company. We had a plumber out here yesterday who tried to fleece us for $5K to replace our well pump, wiring and pipes. The guys from Carolina Well came out today, called before they came and were on time. I told him what the guy said yesterday and they very thoroughly checked everything and determined there was nothing wrong with our well pump. The problem was actually a faulty pressure switch that the plumber yesterday said was fine, and a faulty valve stem in my pressure tank which the plumber didn't even look at until I asked, and a clogged filter, which the plumber flat out ignored when I told him we couldn't get it off to change it! I spent a grand total of $323 to have the guys from Carolina Well fix the problem. I really appreciate the fact that they don't try to sell unnecessary repairs, they are honest and fast. I wish this company did everything, plumbing, electric, heating and air, etc LOL because I would hire them for it all! We signed up for the yearly Wellcare program to have our system inspected annually and check for problems. I hope we don't have any other problems, but I'm glad we've got an honest company to call if we do!

Carolina Well Drilling was excellent.  Responsive and helpful.  Lynn and Donna were great to work with.  While well drilling services are more expensive than I realized, Carolina Well's prices are very reasonable in comparison to other local companies and they did a great job. 

Went well, outstanding technician.

It was a weekend call late in the afternoon. Donna was very courteous and Jay was quick calling me back. They did not know I was an Angie list member until the very end. If anything happens in the future I hope I get Jay as the service tech.

All went well, came on time and prepared with the proper parts and tools to accomplish the job.

Team did totally good work. They work punctual and kept us update on progress.

Not sure on price but we trust petey, the tech, to do what is best for our wall and conditioners.

The young gentleman that came was very nice and did a great job.  My husband was very pleased and he saved us a lot of money.  He arrived on time, they were very responsive and left the area perfect.

They came the same day I called.   The workers are nice and friendly.  They explained what was wrong and what they were going to do in words I could understand.  I would tell a friend that they are the first people I would call, to not even call a plumber.
