Carolina's Stone Marble & Granite Inc

These are my favorite stone/countertop people! Not only are the owners just absolutely fun and a pleasure to work with, the staff is kind and professional as well. I just finished my personal home build, and anytime I came in to pick out stone, had questions, or had concerns.....Andre and Pamela went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchases. Buying stone can be an overwhelming process. It's becoming rare to experience a company that has great options, stellar service, and makes the process easier.......but Carolina Stone Marble & Granite has ALL these qualities and I will be using them for all my future renovations and home builds!

Carlos was our sales person at CAROLINA stone. He was very professional and answered all of our questions throughout our selection process. The installation went very well. They installed an island with a cooktop cutout, as well as granite countertops. The cuts were perfect, the edging was as expected, and there were no problems on install day. The customer service was superb. This fabricator was less expensive than 2 other places I researched. I saw rave reviews about them on Nextdoor, so decided to check them out. I’m glad we did. No complaints! Thx, Carlos!!! Use them, you won’t be sorry.

The largest project, an eleven foot granite countertop, was installed flawlessly and looks great. This was a mix-up with the granite sizes for the two smaller baths, but it was rectified quickly. I would highly recommend this company for their price, quality and professionalism.

Great. I am very pleased with the results. They had to return to install an additional backsplash, but they did so with no problem.

They were cost effective and responsive. There were few quality issues that they had to solve but they solved them. My interaction with them was not too bad. They should have a little more attention to detail.

we visited the showroom in Monroe; several stoneyards in southwest Charlotte and looked at a lot of stone options. We ended up going with a quartz that was our first "favorite ". Carolina Stone sent someone to do an estimate, then to make a template, then installation about a week later. There was a little confusion/misunderstanding about when some of these things would happen; but everything got done to our complete satisfaction. The installation crew made sure we were happy with every aspect of the job before they left.  The final price was exactly as quoted in the estimate. We would absolutely use Carolina Stone again if we have a stone project to complete. 

They were very quick and responsive to all my questions and time constraints. Did a wonderful job. I would, and have recommended them.

Sometimes he did show up but sometimes he didn't. It was for multiple days. It wasn't something they could come in for just a day or two.

Based on our experience with Andres and his team, I can say that all of the great reviews for Carolina Stone are 100% accurate. They put out a very high quality product with great results.
Working with Andres was a breeze. We never felt rushed at any part in the process and he took the time to lay out our templates to determine the best layout of the countertops. His suggestions were very helpful. The fabricators clearly know their craft and did a wonderful job turning our granite slabs into beautiful countertops. 
The installation team also did a great job. They were on time, prepped the kitchen accordingly and paid extra attention to our newly painted cabinets. It seemed that they approached the job as if they were installing the countertops into their own kitchen. The installation went perfectly and the end result is everything we hoped it would be.  Just awesome.
This was literally a flawless process from beginning to end.

It took two days. the workers were very neat, and thorough.
I would use them again and include installation of Tile and Granite or Quartz.

After went through 2 places, which got a lot of review won angieslist, i went to carolinas stone and talked to Andre, he got the best deal out of them all, i dont know how it compare to other places when it comes to quality but Claudio and Marco did a great job, i have to give Claudio A+, and A- for Marco(remember about the sink man, the sink, -_-traitor) and im really happy.
What i got in my kitchen is very modern white quartz from silestone, when i first called Andre, he tried to sway me to other brand because silestone is very expensive, but after he made some calls, he told me that silestone have a special going on and it will be cheaper than usual, and when he gave me a quote, i totally believe it because its a lot cheaper compare to 2 other places i got my quote from, and he didnt even charge me extra for doing waterfall side on my countertop and kitchen island. one place i got my quote from charge 350 for waterfall side. wish i could provide some picture but i cant, and yes i will recommend carolinas stone to anybody, thank you Claudio and Marco for the wonderful job.

Andre and Marco provided outstanding service.  In less than a week I went from selection of marble to installation. Everyone at Carolina's was easy to work with and professional.  They were punctual, courteous, and friendly.  I could not be happier with the finished product!   
Andre also recommended a plumber who was wonderful to work with. 

Some of the best service I have received in Charlotte. I called them in a pinch as a previous contractor was flaking out and we were in a hurry to get the kitchen done so we could sell our house. They were amazing to work with from start to finish, working with our budget and were done within a week of first contact. I felt they went above and beyond to meet our date and had their tile guy out at 7:30 am to finish the backsplash. Everyone we dealt with was top notch and professional. Would recommend to anyone and look forward to using them in our new house!

I was very pleased.  Andre was great to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone.  I was very pleased with the granite itself and how it was cut.  (Only 1 seam!)  The installation went well and the countertops look fantastic. I thought the price was very fair considering the quality of the work.  I only wish I had replaced the countertops sooner.

We recently moved to Rock Hill and went to Angie's List to find a contractor to use. We selected two. The first one we called said to make up a drawing of what we wanted done and bring it to their showroom in Charlotte to discuss with a salesperson. The second call was to Andre from Carolina's Stone. Within one day he was at our home to look at our job, noted an area with a custom cabinet that might create a problem and then gave us a rough estimate on the cost. We then set a time to visit the showroom in Monroe to look at the granite. The installation was a walk in the park. All of the installers were friendly, extremely courteous and, most important, did an excellent job. We would definitely use Carolina's Stone again and highly recommend them.

You will not be disappointed if you visit Andre.  We had searched around and even obtained pricing of granite from other stores.  It was a rainy Saturday and we decided to visit Carolina's Stone, Marble & Granite to see what they had.  All the other previous stores had a display of small tiles for you to "look at" and then go out to a large warehouse off Westington Blvd. to see the granite slab.  NOT ANDRE'S BUSINESS!  In addition to a display room of tiles and actual countertops installed on staff's desk and front entrance cabinets, you could actually go back in the warehouse part and touch and feel full granite slabs on sight!  Of course if you wanted to look at more than he had, he would give you the directions to a larger warehouse.  But, there were plenty to look at and choose from.  Even "newer" granite pieces/colors that have not been on the market for long and NOT installed in everyone elses homes!!!!   We really loved this option as he had many, many styles and colors to choose from.  Poor Andre..... as this was our first experience with upgrading to granite countertops, my husband and I probably picked out five or more full size slabs that Andre patiently hooked up his device and pulled each one out into a brighter light for us to see.  I also had a flashlight on my phone that I was going around the granite looking at.  NOT ONCE DID HE EXHIBIT ANY TYPE OF FRUSTRATION OR RUSHED US.  He answered all our questions and treated us with the utmost respect as a customer and a person making a big purchase decision.  I felt like I had known the man for most of my life just within the time we were in his warehouse.
Let me tell you folks, you need to visit Andre at his business.  If I could give them an A+++++++ for everything, I would!   Cost, how he cared about the quality of workmanship the staff did in installing our granite countertops and backsplash, as well as the follow-up to ensure we were satisified.  A salesman can make a sale, but Andre completes the cycle with excellent follow-up after the sale.  Everyone was here when they said they would be and cleaned up after themselves when finished.  I could not be happier! 

We will definately use them again and tell every person we know who might even consider upgrading to granite to visit Andre.  This was a great experience for us and he has earned a customer for life.  Hands down!

We were very pleased.  Andre's quote was far below the lowest quote from other highly rated or recommended fabricators.  All of the other fabricators, and even Andre, said they would have to put a seam in the L-shaped counters, but when they delivered them, we found to our pleasant surprise that he cut them out as one piece without a seam.  The counters are beautiful and we were happy with the plumber who follows behind them.  It was all coordinated so that the entire job of 4 counters was done in one day and we could use them that evening.  The granite was rare granite with many colors and patterns.  Andre indicated it was very fragile and hard to work with, but we were very happy with the final outcome.

We originally went for granite for our kitchen. We had been pricing around and carolina granite had the best prices. We got such good prices and excellent work with the installation that we wound up putting granite in all our bathrooms too. Andre was honest and professional . We were very happy with the prices and the beautiful granite n the quality of work.

We had a fantastic experience with Carolina Stone Marble and Granite!  When we went to the warehouse to select a granite remnant for our downstairs 1/2 bath/powder room, Andre spent so much time helping us find the right piece for our space and color preference.  He walked us through every step, was so patient as we reviewed all of the options in terms of sinks, backsplash, etc.  The price was unbeatable, and the quality of the granite was top notch.  Andre had his team out to install the granite almost immediately, and Installation was a breeze.  Such a great experience with this company, I highly encourage others to use Carolina Stone, Marble, and Granite!
