Baucom converted my electrical water heater to a natural gas tankless. I got 3 quotes for the work, 2 of the quotes were the same price, but Baucoms was much lower. I was hesitant because of concern they would cut corners or provide sub-par results. Therefore, prior to selecting them I confirmed they would pull a permit and provide the same model the other companies quoted. Baucom, did everything they said: showed up on time, pulled the permit and installed the expected tankless unit. It was painless and very affordable. I will recommend and use this company for all my future plumbing needs.

Performed the job as contracted. Only thing I would have done differently is the ask what type of equipment they install. I may have opted for a higher efficiency water heater.

Hands down the best plumbers ive dealt w/...ever. In and out no bs or upsell. Quoted me a estimate and the bill was $20 less than expected. They were half the price of quote #2. Highly recommend and Im not easily impressed. Good family business.

Professional, timely, thorough and went the extra distance to assure the recurring problem from incorrect original floor/toilet build/installation. Jeremy listened and took the time to correct what other experienced plumbers have neglected to address and fix. Great value.

Had a leaky supply line to a toilet, which was leaking into my ceiling. These plumbers were prompt and got the job done effeciently without trying to sell me services I didnt need. They cleaned up after themselves and were thorough in checking that my leak had been fixed. Will suggest them to all who need quick efficient repairs.

The guys were very friendly, showed concern for my needs, and even came back and addressed another problem at no cost.(same day). I had someone prior to them, who wanted to make the job a lot more. I was very pleased with their overall service, will use again if need arises, and recommend them for sure.
