    Mr. Bartlett and his crew do an EXCELLENT job.  We have hired him many times over the past 20 years and he can be counted on to always do a professional job.  He returns calls quickly and does what we ask him to do in a timely manner.  He and his crew are the most reliable workers we know.

Victor is reliable and fair. He cares about the work and handles the customer well. The project pricing is broken down by plant cost, equipment costs and labor, so you can judge for yourself. The work is done well. Victor is there with his crew, and if something needs to be adjusted or given more attention, he returns as often as is necessary to make sure you're satisfied. Give him a written list because he has a lot on his mind. Make sure you're clear about the plants that you want and where you want them because, as good as he is, Victor is neither neither psychic nor omniscient. I have not relied on Victor for landscaping assignments other than plantings, lawn service and yard maintenance (e.g., drainage, hardscape, etc.) or for design work, and so I can't speak to his capabilities in these regards.
