He was very nice. He fixed the problem, and I would call him again. I don't know as much about TVs or how much they cost to repair, so I can't comment on how much he cost compared to others, but he was at least able to fix the problem.

Bobby Baker (owner) was able to fix my television by replacing the TCon Board which is a common problem from what I understand of the Samung TV's. This TV was expensive when I bought it (close to 4 years ago) and the picture is amazing, one of the best I have seen (even today), and that is why I paid to have it fixed. $125 for the part and $75 for the labor.
Bobby is an honest and honorable person and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a TV repair in the area. Check or cash only.

Called and described my problem to Bobby, the owner. He knew right away what it was and what to do. I chose to take the TV to him although he would pick it up if I wanted. He's a great guy -- nice, professional, honest, easy going and knowledgable. Fixed my TV in one day at a reasonable price. I was very happy with Baxter and will use him again if necessary, and will gladly recommend his service.

The TV remote was messed up and the TV was frozen; we could not turn it off. They fixed it. They were fabulous with their service.

Overall, the experience went very well. He picked up our tv from our home. A few days later he let us know that it'd be better to just purchase a new tv rather than fixing this one, so he returned it to us. He only charged us for picking up the tv, then dropping it back off. We appreciate his honesty.

It took our service man (Bobby, I believe) about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem and a few more to clean and test the problem switch. I was impressed by Bobby's overall honesty, promptness in scheduling the call, and the price in that it was roughly half the minimum cost quoted by Sears - a very pleasant surprise. I will definitely use Baker's TV Repair in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Terrific. The owner did the repair himself, the day after we called him. Answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly. Definitely recommend to others, call him again if needed.

He took all the information before he came out and did some research so that he knew what the problem was before he even got here. Its hard to find someone in that does this and they did a great job.

He was very professional and knowledgeable. He had the part with him and came very prepared. We felt the rate was very reasonable. He was very responsive and called me back the same day. He came out the very next day.

Our 50" rear projection TV all of a sudden had double images on all channels. We checked our other TV and it was OK so the problem was the TV and not the satellite receiver. I called Bakers TV and Bobby Surratt came the same day! I asked him to give me an estimate since the TV was 8 years old. He said that the problem was a bad component on a circuit board and that it would cost about $225. I told him to go ahead and repair it. He had the part in his truck, so he repair the TV right then and there. He actually had to solder the new part onto the board; not just unplug the old one and plug the new on in! After about an hour, Bobby had the TV repaired and we were watching TV again! He was an extremely polite and friendly person to deal with. He is a totally professional person and we will definitely call on him again when another problem comes.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. VERY DOWN HOME! I WAS VERY APPRECIATIVE OF THEIR HELP. THEY CAME BACK OUT IMMEDIATELY THE SECOND TIME WITHOUT HESITATING AND VERY QUICKLY ORDERED THE PART FOR REPAIR. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRICE OF $130. NOT BAD FOR A FREE TV! THANKS!

CALLED AT THE LAST MINUTE (ON A MONDAY) LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT TO MY HOME AND REPAIR MY TELEVISION IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO BE CLOSED FROM TUES THROUGH FRIDAY, BUT SAID THEY WOULD TRY TO SQUEEZE ME IN FOR A SERVICE CALL BY THE END OF THE SAME DAY. THEY WERE HERE AROUND DINNER TIME, FIXED THE TV IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND GAVE ME A VERY REASONABLE PRICE!!
