I CHOSE NANCY AND HER FAMILY BECAUSE I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEM FROM THE BEGINNING. HER SON SPENT A VERY LONG TIME WITH ME WHEN HE CAME OUT FOR THE ESTIMATE. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL. I COULD TELL FROM WORK I HAD SEEN THEM DO THAT THE CRAFTSMANSHIP IS INDEED QUALITY. IT WAS NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE COMPANY BUT I LIKED THE FACT THAT IT WAS A LOCALLY OWNED FAMILY OPERATION. INSTALLATION WAS SMOOTH SAILING (LESS THAN A DAY) AND HER SON COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE POLITE. THE SHUTTERS LOOK AS GOOD AS THE DAY THEY WENT IN. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND AGAIN.
