I was in Florida and got a call from the alarm company that I had a low battery, but I couldn't do anything for it until I got back. I called them when I got back. The service tech said it wasn't actually a low battery, it was probably an error with the monitoring company. Anyway, they took full responsibility for it and instead of charging me the normal rate of $65, I only had to pay $25. They still changed the battery, just didn't charge full price.

They called me when they were on their way, they let me know they were running a bit late. They were excellent and I would recommend them to others. They do not require a contract and the owner stated that I will be so happy with them I will not want to leave them as a provider. Extremely knowledgeable!!

I didn't want a monitored alarm system. Being new to the area I just started calling alarm companies. Most of them wouldn't even return my calls and the ones that did wanted 2 or 3 year monitoring contracts. Rex, from Safe and Sound called me right away and I had a wireless unmonitored system installed within 3 days. I wasn't particularly happy with the type of alarm panel. Not their fault, my personal preferences. They were back within 2 days replaced the panel with one I like and also did some additional work. Thank You Rex, Scott and Bonnie. You have my recommendations....and I am picky. Fred.

THEY CHARGED $300 TO PRE-WIRE THE LIVING ROOM ON MY NEW HOUSE. APPARENTLY PRE-WIRING DOES NOT INCLUDE ACTUALLY PULLING THE WIRES OUT OF THE WALLS AND INSTALLING PLATES. AND SINCE THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO ASK WHERE I WANTED TO PLACE THE SPEAKERS, IT IS MY FAULT IF I DON'T WANT THE SATELLITE SPEAKERS TO CROWD THE CENTER CHANNEL. GOD FORBID YOU ACTUALLY WANT THEM TO MOUNT SPEAKERS. FOR THAT IT WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL $425. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

THEY NEVER GAVE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE ALARM SYSTEM, THE HOME STEREO SYSTEM WAS POWERED TO AN OUTLET THAT USED ANOTHER LIGHT SWITCH AND IT TOOK US A MONTH TO FIGURE OUT WHY THE STEREO WOULD GO ON AND OFF BY ITSELF. THE VOICE MAIL SYSTEM TOOK MONTHS TO INSTALL AND PROGRAM AND IT IS NOT DONE YET. THEY DON''T ANSWER CALLS FOR WEEKS. AND THEY LEFT WITH WORK UNFINISHED AND HAVEN''T RETURNED.
