Refrigerator was missing parts, which company was to supply. I can't locate them now. I believe company has gone out of business and owner(s) have left town.

Initially they thought I had a bad motor and it would be $130 -$200 to repair it. Dryer was in a cramped space in my home, and they took it back to their shop. Here, they discovered it was just a bad switch. The cleaned the inside of the unit, replaced the switch and brought the unit back and reconnected everything. This experience also demonstrates a level of honesty on their part as well. I am pleased! Thanks A Family Appliance!

It went very well, from the time I stopped in to their little shop, until the end when my dryer and washer were both operational in my new home.
