Wood improvement did all the repairs and did them with quality work. They had the necessary parts on hand and was able to complete all work with one visit

The installation took less than 1/2 a day.  It was very professionally done.  The technicians found some plumbing problems about which we may be contacting them or another Angie's List service provider soon.

I dealt with Tim`s son during this transaction and have nothing but good things to say about him. Prompt, professional and pleasant to deal with. Work quality was good and they did everything I expected to make the install look and perform correctly. The price above includes the door, insulation, trim and weather wrap for the exterior edge trim.

Two employees showed up with the Sliding Glass Door, they proceed in removing the French Door with little or no communication.  Each appeared to know what the other was or needed to be doing.  It was a Team effort and I could not be happier. They will be coming back to do some Stair/Deck installation.

I sought Tim Wood's services for repairs relating to the due diligence requests for the sale of our home.  We no longer lived in-state, so much of our contact was through phone and email.  I did meet him once for the initial estimate.  He was very professional and punctual.  I felt that his estimate was very reasonable.  I also needed some work done for waterproofing of the basement, and he set me up with a reliable specialist.  He was able to schedule and perform the work within a reasonable amount of time.  I was not able to view the quality of his work firsthand, as I live 800 miles away, but I did receive confirmation from my agent as well as the buyer's agent that the work was done well.  I was very pleased with my experience with him and can only hope to find someone like him in my new location.

I am amazed at the work that he did. I couldn't be happier. He made sure that he corrected any imperfections with the primer before painting. He was just awesome. He wanted the work to be right. I was very happy. It's Tim and his son Brian. I was thrilled with the tiling job that they did. It turned out way better than I thought it would. Their responsiveness and professionalism were outstanding. I will have these guys doing more remodeling work in the future; there's no doubt about it.
