Although this project had it issues due to late deliveries by various vendors, Mr. Pollard navigated the projects with the ease of someone who has done this many times and knows the pitfalls that potentially lay ahead. Even though he made not one, but two, return visits that had not been anticipated, he did so willingly, in quick succession to be able to complete my project close to the original timetable. He asked that I inspect the work during the process, during which I found a few small things that I thought could be done a bit better; he was only too happy to oblige my requests. I would highly recommend his work, and indeed, plan to have him come back for a future project that we've already discussed.

John Pollard is the man to do your work. If you are not happy he firmly believes that he has not done a good job. He is definitely honest and a perfectionist.His prices are very reasonable especially for the quality of his work. I firmly feel that he gave us the opportunity to accomplish what otherwise could not have been possible. He gives THE LOOK THAT COUNTS !
