 + 0 moreAlthough this project had it issues due to late deliveries by various vendors, Mr. Pollard navigated the projects with the ease of someone who has done this many times and knows the pitfalls that potentially lay ahead. Even though he made not one, but two, return visits that had not been anticipated, he did so willingly, in quick succession to be able to complete my project close to the original timetable. He asked that I inspect the work during the process, during which I found a few small things that I thought could be done a bit better; he was only too happy to oblige my requests. I would highly recommend his work, and indeed, plan to have him come back for a future project that we've already discussed.
Description of Work: Mr. Pollard installed multiple countertops, backsplashes, sink and faucets including plumbing. There was removal of the old ceramic tile counters, followed by cutting of sink holes, preparing of the pre-cut countertops for installation, and cementing the seams. In addition, he reinstalled the stove and dishwasher. In the bonus room he installed the sink and faucets, and reworked the plumbing from a single-hole sink to a double-hole sink. The work of art on this project was the removal of an appliance garage from the bottom of an existing spice corner cabinet, which no longer fit into the look that I wanted to achieve in my kitchen. Once reinstalled, one is unable to even see that the garage has been sawed off the bottom. As well, he custom made slab door and drawer fronts from birch for an existing bathroom vanity, which he installed on premises.

He is definitely honest and a perfectionist.His prices are very reasonable especially for the quality of his work. I firmly feel that he gave us the opportunity to accomplish what otherwise could not have been possible. He gives THE LOOK THAT COUNTS !
Description of Work: Rebuilt large wrap-around deck Installed outside doors including reframing and changing position of some doors ,also installing storm doors remodeled master bath completely replaced all bathroom and kitchen facets, lights, fans etc. Painted installed house filtration for water Can do all home improvements
