Contacted through Angies LIst. Received a follow up call the same day and set up a time to look at damage. They showed up on time and we sent some of the furniture with them to their shop. It was all completed on schedule and delivered back to the house. And then they did the smaller repair jobs that did not required shipment to their shop.

I am so happy with them. You can not tell that it was every replaced.

The project was put on hold for their other projects several times. They price then went up from what was estimated was on the phone when the owner arrived to deliver the piece. The finish was out of a can (sprayed on) and very average. when called to touch up unfinished, muddy edge, having been paid already, they never returned.

I HAVE RECOMMENDED CAROLINA FURNITURE SPECIALISTS TO A LOT OF DIFFERENT PEOPLE, BECAUSE THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, AND IF THEY WON'T BE, THEY'LL CALL AND LET YOU KNOW.
