After I paid the final bill I realized I was overcharged by more than $600 and I never got paperwork for the warranty I had purchased. I needed to call many times and finally make a threat before I got the warranty papers BUT I never heard back about reconciling the bill. Plus, there were two issues about the furniture and no one answers my calls or emails. I'm totally disgusted with this company!
