Boyles Furniture & Rugs-Mocksville

The designer I met when I walked into the store was very helpful. But she resigned before the furniture order was completed and transferred me to the manager. There was a several month delay over the usual 8-10 weeks because the COM fabric didn't get to one of the vendors to complete the order. This was a snafu on Boyle's part but there was never an apology and I had to keep after them to look into it. When the orders were finally ready, it took several weeks for me to get the delivery and it wasn't until I got upset that it finally happened. (The manager said the pieces were ready but that they wanted to wait until there was a larger delivery coming my way.) After I paid the final bill I realized I was overcharged by more than $600 and I never got paperwork for the warranty I had purchased. I needed to call many times and finally make a threat before I got the warranty papers BUT I never heard back about reconciling the bill. Plus, there were two issues about the furniture and no one answers my calls or emails. I'm totally disgusted with this company!
