Jeff (owner) and Jerry are fantastic! They were on time and meticulous. They were able to get out carpet stains without a problem and really believe in the value of customer service. I would highly recommend them!

We bought a large, old house that had been vacant for a while. Replacing
all of the old carpet was not in our budget, so we hired Carolina
Carpet Masters to see if cleaning the carpets would make a difference.
Jeff, the owner, and Jerry were great to work with. We loved that they
were very enthusiastic about the challenge of tackling the dirt, stains
and odor in the 3 bedrooms needing cleaned! They were very careful
bringing their equipment into the house and moving it from room to room,
and they worked diligently, giving extra time and attention to troubled
areas.
The results were amazing! We never thought that the
carpets could come out as clean as they did. We now can get more life
out of this carpeting for a fraction of the cost of replacing it. We
will definitely use CCM again for our future carpet cleaning.

We have used them for 7 years, they cleaned the carpets for the previous owners. We have used them ever since, they are more then reasonable. The work is great and I love Jerry who has worked for them since forever.There is no need to spend a fortune when you can call them
