From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. They were very responsive, helpful, and pleasant to work with. Met the ownerwho was friendly and concerned that I was getting all the help I needed. Looking forward to using them again and again.

Summary: nightmare! I let them know that brakes went to the floor on last motorhome trip and that there was no fluid in master cylinder. Tire tech said to speak with brake specialist. Brake specialist says "I'm too busy to speak with you." That should have been my clue but because they could work on a motorhome I let them do the repair. They said the only thing wrong was that rear brake drums needed turning. Headed to Florida with family of 6 and checked brakes when fueling up in Florida. No Brake fluid. Stranded with family, peddle going to floor again. Driving with emergency brake, checked under vehicle myself in 100 degree weather and find brake fluid leak in secondary master cylinder- fluid just squirting out. What are the chances that they fixed the brakes and I just so happened to get the same problem again the first time we drive the RV since the repair? We did make it home safe as a family after many calls to AAA and Camping World in Orlando confirmed secondary master cylinder leak but couldn't order parts. Unbelievable stress driving far from home under such dangerous circumstances.

I'm due to turn in my leased vehicle, and had to have 4/32" tread without the dealership charging me for new tires.  I spoke to Heath and he was most courteous & professional.  When I arrived, Heath was very busy.  Watching him work was amazing.  If I had my own business, I would surely want him managing it!  The waiting room was comfortable and the entire crew was most friendly and accommodating.  I barely had time to open my book to read, & my vehicle was ready to go.  I would highly recommend Waycaster Tire for any & all work you need done.

They told me the tires were worn out. I got home and my husband told me I had been suckered and there was nothing wrong with the tires and I should have talked about it with him.

For 28 years, I have never taken my car to any other company other than this company. I have taken my car when it needed its checkup, and they would never do things that didn't need to be done. I could trust them. They also never did things that could increase my bill. I have recommended them to several friends of mine.

I am very pleased with Waycaster Tire and Auto Svc Inc, they are local people and I have always gotten my service there. They have much better prices than the dealers and they give you free rotation, balancing and alignment. I have a Toyota and I went to the dealer and they gave me a much higher price than the Michelin tires that I was getting at Waycaster. The owner's name is Roger Waycaster and the business has been in the family for years. They even offer to bring me home while they are servicing your car and they even come and pick you up. The parts they put in are always replacement parts and I bought my last battery from them. They are really nice people to deal with and I am a widow and I feel like I can always count on them.

I called tin he morning and spoke to several different tire dealers and some were not available due to the Holidays. I got the best response from Waycaster and they said they could take care of it with in-stock tires that were an excellent tire. I told them I'd call back shortly. I looked up the tire and found the feedback was good so I called them back and set up a time when I could come in and have the work done. They were very helpful and courteous throughout this process. I arrived and they were ready with the tires so the wait time was very short. Waiting area was fine and staff was friendly and put you at ease immediately. After the tires were installed the staff reported that one of my headlights was out and did I want them to replace it? Since we noticed this problem as I was ready to leave to get the work done I told them to go ahead ... and Thank You. Through out my experience with this business I was very comfortable with the contact, price and work they did on my 2004 Subaru Outback and would certainly call on them again. I haven't driven 3k miles yet, but when I do I certainly will return to have them rotated and any other issues addressed at that time.
