Rich Builders LLC

I cannot speak highly enough of Tom Rich and Rich Builders. I bought a house in June and had a bad experience with a contractor I thought would have me ready to move in by August. We parted ways before work ever started and I didn't think I could find someone that would work with me and help me figure out how to accomplish the most I could on my budget. Then someone recommended Tom Rich to me.He was a delight to work with and helped me get the most accomplished for the funds I had available. He was on time, kept me informed, always answered my calls and e-mails, and delivered everything I wanted for the original price quoted. What more can you ask of a contractor?! I work 8-5 and had to trust he and his subcontractors in my house on and off for several weeks. They were respectful of my new house and always left it clean, taking care to cover carpets in high traffic areas and to minimize drywall dust as much as possible. I have recommended Rich Builders to several friends and am happy to do so on Angie's List.

The remodel went very well. The company called to let us know when they were coming and they were on time. They were neat and professional in their work and cleaned up everyday. The first thing every morning they protected my carpets. They were able to work around my schedule. Every evening, they cleaned up the mess and left my house in the condition they found it. I would highly recommend Rich Builders to anyone who needs a remodel done.

Everything he has done has been great. He does what he says and he is easy to work with.
