Our owner, Greg Frisbee, has instilled in our company from the beginning that quality and service are the key components used in all of our daily practices. We are fortunate enough to serve our contractors and their customers here in beautiful Western North Carolina and look forward to the many more years to come. After we accepted the proposal, a date was set for the job. The two-man crew was here shortly after the scheduled time. They prepared the attic by putting baffles around the whole house fan and the small entry space in the floor to shield them from the blowing insulation, and they installed measuring rods to indicate the level of insulation. Then they blew in the insulation, taking something over an additional hour to complete the job. Once done, they invited me to climb the ladder and inspect what they had done -- it was all up to level.
I called the office to coordinate payment and gave the crew a check for the proposed amount. They later emailed a receipt to us.
