TERRY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND WHY. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS PROFESSIONALLY. OUR COMPUTER PROBLEMS WERE COMPLETELY FIXED AND THE COST WAS IN LINE WITH THE WORK PERFORMED. I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY REFER HIM TO A FRIEND.
