After searching for a consistent thorough cleaning service we found Eye on Your Home and they have been amazing! Cheryl, Valerie and Jolie are friendly, prompt, thorough and have been such a huge help! We have a 3 story home and 2 large dogs and they clean our home in 2 hours and the floors can be eaten off of when they are done! Highly recommend these ladies if you are looking for one time or repeat cleaning!

The crew did a great job. Punctual and efficient. They didn't get to a couple requested items but the conditions ended up being worse than expected so it was understandable. Would hire again.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT!! Melissa and Cheryl and Valerie came ready to dive in and did they ever! They had never been to my house before and I needed it cleaned well since my house was going to be on a house tour the next day. They went where no one else had ventured, haha. The whole team had a great attitude and went above and beyond to make my house literally SPARKLE. I don't know how they cleaned my wooden floors, but they look brand new now. I would recommend them extremely highly.

They worked fast and steadily, were thorough and professional. I decided to hire them as my regular service every other week. A team of 2 can clean my house in 2 hrs. They did extras like my fridge which was unexpected. Very satisfied. I have recommended them to friends who ask.

The crew did an OK job. Their lack of respect for the sanctity of my home I found most upsetting (after they departed, I found a vacuum cleaner attachment sitting on my home alter, next to portrayals of my sacred pictures and items of worship). When the owner called to see when I wanted to reschedule, I told her I did not want her in my home and described the transgression. Her response was "Oh, uh-huh." No apology, no nothing. I will not rehire or recommend.

"Good Morning Sir, Baffled by your comments I am!! Your home was in complete disarray, dirty, dusty and moldy. WE dug into it and cleaned, pulling the enormous clutter away from every baseboard to get to the large quantity of dirt built up. One thing we are is detailed yet always respectful. Yes We left a vacuum part, glad to get it back. When I called you to set your next date, AT NO time did you voice ANY unhappiness with ANYTHING, what you said was, " I do not want another clean and you left a vacuum part here." I had been away til just before Melissa get here. We'd arranged for her to arrive a couple of days after me. We were expecting 8 guests including a baby for the holiday and my time was short. They did such a good job! They even cleaned the blinds.

It went perfectly. When away she provides reports with pictures and when cleaning even the inside mirror on the bathroom medicine cabinet was cleaned of spots. We call that perfect attention to detail. Eye on Your Home provides another level of backup security and a potential trouble shooter when we are away from town. I have no doubt about Melissa being fully capable of getting in there and stopping and solving any problems that turn up. This is a 100% positive recommendation towards someone we are delighted to take onto our team.

Melissa and her team were excellent. It was my first time hiring a housecleaning service, and I couldn't be happier. My place was, admittedly, a wreck but they kicked-butt above my expectations. 2 hours between 2 workers, well worth the cost given that I now have a clean living space. Terrific communication, she called me back with an hour of leaving her a message after hours and worked me into their schedule with short notice. Will be calling you again! Thanks for the great job!

An elderly neighbor lived alone and had fallen, requiring hospitalization. When we found her, her house was a complete mess, including areas of the house where she had become incontinent. As my neighbor's Power of Attorney, I called Melissa (who I found on Angie's List!), and she responded immediately - she called me back within 15 minutes. Melissa is very professional and courteous. I explained to her the situation and warned her of how messy the house was - including the incontinence and smell. I was almost expecting her to tell me to call a haz-mat team instead, but she didn't - she accepted the job immediately without hesitation! I told her I needed someone quickly as the odor was just sitting and building. She was booked that day, but she said she could come at the end of the day to work at least an hour to clean up the worst of the mess. She and her employee showed up that day and went straight to work - they worked like tornados!! They stayed 1 1/2 hours, which I appreciated since they had a full day and worked until 6pm. They did clean up the biggest mess that day, and I had them return a week later to do more cleaning. Their rates are very reasonable ($25/hour/person) and they get SO much done in a short time - very hard workers and very pleasant and professional. That house is cleaner than I have ever seen it! I would definitely use Melissa again.
