This company was very professional and responsive. They scheduled the work pretty quickly and did the work in no time with a big crew. They also left no mess behind. Patrick was very nice to deal with and very professional. He also inspected the work afterwards to make sure it was okay. Other than the price being a little high, it was top to bottom great service from them, so the price is worth my peace of mind that the service is done correctly.

EXCELLENT! They arrived the very next day, evaluated and identified the problem quickly, suggested two ways to remedy my roof leak (located in a difficult location) and a couple of hours later the problem was solved. I was pleased to have my first call answered by a friendly voice and actually have an interest in solving my problem before it became a catastrophe. I would definitely use DLV again.

Well, it took 3 times before they got it completely right, but the last time they were out, they took it all down and installed all new gutters and I am very happy with the work.

Never thought I would use the words "businesslike" or "professional" in the same sentence with "roofer", but DLV deserves those adjectives.  When Barry King, the project manager, initially told us he would be using aerial photography to estimate our job since it would cost him less than having a crew on the roof making measurements, I knew we'd found someone who understood how to run a business.  Barry has a college degree in business, but in a less-than-stellar job market, found he could make a better living in the construction industry.  The bid was surprisingly fair and well-documented.  Although the job was delayed a few weeks due to this summer's incessant rains, it was completed in a reasonable time and done well.  I can't say enough about the clean-up, which was done each day.  The crew worked well together and was very easy to deal with.  We were dreading having this done, but they made it as easy as possible.  Absolutely would recommend.

Prompt estimate, worked as scheduled and price was exactly as quoted.

This company did not do the original installation, but was aware of the company that did the original work. They not only had to repace the original material, but used a better quality of metal and added structural strength( before the rains) and added more when I called them. I have confidence that if anything comes up regarding their best efforts, I can count on them to respond and solve the problem.
