It was very easy to set up a time, the provider was responsive by email and txt. Provider arrived on time and was very professional and polite, got to work right away. The aeration was performed perfectly as requested and did not cause any damage to the lawn while turning or repositioning the aerator machine as other services have done. Also, there was no damage to irrigation or landscaping installations. I was really pleased that it was a quick and easy process, as I think it should be. I will definitely be using TW's for more work.
