Tim communicated extremely well. Was honest and gave us a good price. As the work was started, we noticed a bunch of mold in the ducts and Tim and his team came back and did mold remediation as well. Clear communication, professional work and local North Carolina business.

The work was quite thorough and the service tech (Kyle) was personable and professional. He arrived on time and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. In addition to the vent duct, he also cleaned inside and behind the dryer (things not done by previous service providers). Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Better than my expectations. Tim did a great job was fair and competitive. He was also polite and professional. Gave good recommendations to make things better. The thing that encouraged me to call him back to begin with was his initial message to me gave me enough info to make a quality decision and feel confident I could get my project done with out fearing unknown charges.

Tim did a thorough job cleaning both my dryer and 15’ long dryer vent. He went above and beyond by replacing the worn outside vent cover as well. He was careful to clean up afterward and charges a fair price for services.
