Mark came out first thing Monday morning and took care of everything! He replaced the filter, cleaned the pool and got the Polaris up and running! He kept in touch with me by phone explaining what was going on.
We got home today and everything is running smoothly and the pool looks perfect, thanks to Mark!
I strongly recommend Mark Barbee and Gator Pools!
His crew was courteous, cleaned up everything and left no trace of being there, other than a beautiful new pool liner
Mark came by daily as it was being filled to check on it, make adjustments and took care of all sorts of minor issues, and went above and beyond He is a true professional. Polite, respectful, and proud of his work, as well he should be We had other calls out, with contractors, who couldn't bother to return calls or show up when appointments. Mark one of the people in the service industry of which to set the bar by. I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone in need of his service
And what he needs to do to resolve the problem. The breaker was more than he anticipated, showed me the receipt so I wouldn't have any questions or doubts. I would highly recommend Gator Pool and Spa.

"IN RESPONSE TO THE REPORT MADE ON FEB 08, 2009. AS STATED, I DO TAKE PRIDE IN MY BUSINESS AND WORK. AS YOU CAN READ ALL OTHER REPORTS ON ANGIE'S LIST, WE ARE RATED AN A. WE HAVE JUST WON THE 2008 SUPER SERVICE AWARD ON ANGIE'S LIST. LESS THAN 5% OF COMPANIES EARN THIS DISTINCTION, WHICH COMES FROM ACHIEVING AND MAINTAINING A SUPERIOR SERVICE RATING THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. THIS REPORT COMES 7 1/2 MONTHS AFTER THE JOB. DO WE JUST WAKE UP AND DECIDE ITS A BAD DAY AND WE NEED TO TAKE IT OUT ON SOMEONE? FIRST OFF, OUR BRICK ORDER WAS SENT SHORT OF BRICKS, SO THIS CALLS FOR A REORDER WHICH TAKES TIME. WE WERE NEVER TOLD THAT WE HAD A SPECIFIC COMPLETION DATE TO MEET. OUR CREW WAS THERE EVERY TIME WE HAD THEM TO BE THERE. THE POOL WAS NOT FULL OF SAND. ANY SAND THAT WAS IN THE WATER WAS CLEANED OUT AT NO CHARGE. ANYTIME YOU REMOVE BRICK COPING AND REPLACE IT, YOU NORMALLY DRAIN THE POOL. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE KEPT THE POOL UP AND RUNNING THE ENTIRE TIME DUE TO THE DROUGHT THAT WE HAD AT THAT TIME. YOU COULD STILL USE THE POOL AND SWIM WITHOUT THE BRICK COPING. THE REPORTING OWNER WAS A VERY DIFFICULT PERSON TO WORK FOR, AS FOR MY CREW AND MYSELF QUICKLY FOUND OUT. OUR PRICE WAS VERY FAIR AND OUR WORK WAS DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY. I AM SHOCKED THAT THIS POOR REPORT COMES AGAINST GATOR POOL AND SPAS THIS MANY MONTHS LATER. THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE YOU CAN NEVER PLEASE. I PUT A CALL IN TO THE HOMEOWNERS ON FEB.10,2009 AFTER THE REPORT WAS DONE AND LEFT A MESSAGE TO RETURN MY CALL. THE REPORTERS HUSBAND RETURNED MY CALL THE FOLLOWING MORNING. THE OWNER FELT THAT PEOPLE SHOULD BE ABLE TO READ OTHER REPORTS AND OPINIONS AND DIDN'T EVEN AGREE WITH EVERYTHING HIS WIFE HAD WROTE. I FEEL LIKE IF THERE HAD BEEN A PROBLEM IT COULD HAVE BEEN DISCUSSED THEN."
