All the work that Don and his company did for me over the years was more than satisfactory. My only complaint these days was his lack of communication...I tried several times to get him to open my pool this season and had no luck and a friend recommended the company I currently am using

I received 4 estimates before I settled on Don to come and do the work I needed. I immediately liked Don because he was direct and knowledgeable. I had moved into a house where the pool sat idle for 18-24 months. The pool had filled with 2 seasons of rain and autumn debris. In the bitter cold Don came out and winterized the pool, then a couple days later drained, cleaned, and brought the pool back up to original conditions. He has been to my house 6 or 7 times to do work. There have been a couple of times where I thought something wasn't working correctly and would call him. He would let me know if it was something about which to be concerned. Then he'd come to my house within 24 hours to check the system. I'm a new pool owner and have been very pleased with his service and professionalism. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been very helpful at getting me up to speed on maintaining the pool.

I have used Don McClellend of Aqua Clear Pools for 12 years and would never consider using another company. Don has been in charge of cleaning, servicing and repairing needed items and we have never had a problem. He shows up when he says he will and if he is running late he calls us. He has educated us on the proper use of chemicals and cleaning so we can maintain the pool ourselves throughout most of the season after Don opens it for us, and then he comes out a few times each summer to do a professional cleaning. I think his prices are more than fair and I would recommend him highly.

Did a decent job closing the year before and opening the next spring. In the fall, I needed him to repair a substantial pipe leak and close the pool for winter. He failed to return 4 calls and I never heard from him again.

I CAN''T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW WONDERFUL DON IS. HE REALLY KNOWS THE BUSINESS AND HELPED US SO MUCH TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO TAKE CARE OF OUR POOL. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KEPT CHECKING WITH US TO MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED AND FELT COMFORTABLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM --EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.
