Because this is very new technology for the general public the installation was a long complicated process made more so by a snafu by the local building inspectors. This created a permitting process which was long and frought with problems. Mr. Penland was with me every step of the way and shouldered all of the extra expense involved in solving the problem. In the end he installed a state of the art system which works beauifully and is available anytime I need help or have questions. He has taken several courses to updae himself and his people on this new technology. I highly recommend him for anyonewho is interested in this environmentally friendly and money saving system.
