We received a very professional service experience from this company! They sent reminders ahead of the scheduled appointment time, the technician arrived on time, kept work areas clean, and wore shoe protection when inside my home and will definitely contact New Heights Electric for future needs . :-)

very unprofessional, overcharge me. I will not recommend this provider. He was here for 45 minutes and made this excuse because he had a problem. Five that’s part of the time that he was here. This was an easy job. You know who in the world would want to pay that much money for an easy job and he would just, i don’t know. But yeah, nobody needs to use somebody like that. That’s going to overcharge you. And then say that you have to pay or if you give them a debit card. I paid him in cash and then the invoice that he sent me said that I owed him a balance by $2050. He did send me an updated invoice, showing a balance of zero after I called him.

I am not sure where or how there was a misunderstanding as when our technician left your house you were happy and you even called and texted us the next day to refer us to your neighbor (we still have your texts). We ask that communication be open between customer and business at all times before putting a Deceiving review on any business. We are a bit confuse to your review as you were not a Angi Customer. You contacted us through a different platform. You were NOT charge ‘$2050.’ You were in fact charge ‘$250’ for Troubleshooting your electrical Issue, then replacing 2 outlets in kitchen (front wall), 1 in Garage(left wall) , 1 GFCI in storage(outside) and 2 outlets outside (one in the patio area and one beside your A/C unit) Our technician is good at his job, he found the issue fast and if he was there only for 45 minutes and solved your issues that’s a win for the both of us! Time and material were included in that price. Our prices are lower compared to other local companies. In regard to paying with Credit Card, we always like to explain to customers before payment that there is a processing fee which you then decided to pay CASH. If you have any questions or concerns in regard to your service on Oct. 3rd. Please feel free to call us. Feedback is a gift to us, but we ask for honesty. Have a lovely day!"

Mr. Eric from New Heights Electric done few job in the past for us. New electrical switches, installing new ceiling fans and repairs on the home electrical boxes/breaker boxes.
