They were great. They were efficient and on time. They did everything they were supposed to do. They were professional.

They are an outstanding company! The way they perform the work is very noninvasive, and there was absolutely no smell left behind. Overall, I experienced no negative issues with this company.

Mr. Sandless was very punctual, professional and engaging. They explained the dos and don'ts quite well and performed the process in a timely fashion. And once complete, the floor looked awesome. The only concern I have, and I submit this only as a warning to dog owners, make sure you know the consequences of having dog(s) that have any LAB or HUSKIE mix in them. As according to Mr. Sandless, one month later, these type dogs have a certain oil/chemical in their pads that can "smudge" the finish. The way they explained it, the coating is water based and oil on top of the coat can cause the smudges. As you might imagine, had we known this little tidbit, we would not have proceeded with their refinishing job. It was not communicated initially, the only caveat that was given was to keep the pets off for a FULL 48 hours...of which we did. And, now are told this after their return visit to assess the smudging. Again, they acted very helpful as well as professional and offered to "lay down" another coat with the "warning" that it could possibly make things worse due to the "dog's pad oils" remaining on the floor and it might work up through the new coat. At which time, a total resurfacing will need to take place in order to fix it. So, in short, we are living with the smudges (a fair amount of them, by the way) and will deal with the situation if it comes up with a potential buyer. My reason again to file a report is simply to suggest, if you have this type dog, you'll probably want to ensure you ask the question concerning the pad oils. As you might run into the same scenario. And possibly, opt for the "matte" finish instead of the "high gloss" one...as they say it might not show the smudges quite so bad. Bottom line, according to what has been communicated to us so far, we should not have utilized this type refinish. I'm totally confident it was an honest omission of fact from them....but, I would not use this company again...in that this fact should have been fully communicated.

I LOVE how my hardwoods look now! It was an 8 hour process from start to finish. I left at 8 a.m. and came home to beautiful floors at 4 p.m. I could immediately walk on the floors and there was absolutely no mess to clean up. After I paid my bill, Mr. Byrd came back to tell me that his assistant had accidentally overcharged me. He then gave me the difference in cash!
