Our goals are to give customers a reasonable option of service and prices without the misleading and over pricing services. Customer satisfaction is what we aim for like comfort, expedition service calls. For example, if a customer had r22 refrigerant leaking from the system then we will give that customer several honest solutions. 1. repair the leak and add r22. 2. since r22 is very expensive we have a different alternative refrigerants. 3. replace the unit. those brief options are examples of what is fair and reasonable for the customer. Let the customer decide the final decision without the company misleading them.
