Mark responded quickly to provide the estimate and emailed me the quote the same day. He kept me updated regarding scheduling. Mark and his crew took down 6 trees and trimmed limbs on another tree that were growing over my roof. They carefully worked around my garden and did good job of cleaning up.

Mark and his team cut down three very large trees, some smaller ones, and trimmed even more trees in my backyard. Mark came within just two days of contacting him and gave me an estimate. I felt the price was great and scheduled the work. He was actually able to come a little over a week early. They removed everything and cleaned up extremely well during and after the work was done. I highly recommend him. I couldn't be happier with the services he provided! I'll call him again if I need anything else done.

Mark provides great customer service! He was always very responsive. At one point his big truck broke, and he had to get it repaired which delayed log removal. However, throughout this process he kept me informed on everything, and I trusted that he would get everything done. He did and cleaned up our yard so it looked better than before he came. I highly recommend Mark's Tree Service!

Mark was friendly and did the trimming and cleanup in a timely manner. I will hire his company again when the need arrises.

The entire experience started with Mark coming out on a Sunday to give me an estimate.  He was very puntual and professional.  He emailed the quote the same day.  He was booking a month out so I got on his calendar right away.  Two weeks in he called to set up the date.  These guys were great.  They arrived on time and worked a full day, both days.  I had 10 trees taken down plus a huge tree that had fallen across the backyard.  Day one they did the cutting and took away some of the trees.  Day 2 they came back with a backhoe to take the fallen tree out of the yard.  They did a great clean up job and both the front and back yards look fantastic.  If I need more trees taken down Mark is the one I will call.

Everything went great. Mark was very responsive and stopped by to estimate cost for just the two willow trees on a Sunday. While he was there I inquired about the other 5 trees and the brush pile - he indicated that he would be able to take care of them as well and gave me a VERY reasonable price for everything. He put me on the schedule for April and I got a call a few days prior to the date to confirm it would work for us. I wasn't home for the service, but my in-laws were at the house and noted that the team was very quick, courteous, and did quality work. I am very happy with the work performed and would recommend this team to anyone needing tree work done.

Mark was great to communicate with and has a great personality. He is highly experienced and obviously knows what he is doing. His quote was the most reasonable and he completed the work in one day. My husband and I were not able to be home when he came for the service. He left our property super clean and didn't even look like he was here. Tree look great and big limbs are no longer over our home. I highly recommend him.

Mark's Tree Service is amazing! From contacting me quickly to provide an estimate, to scheduling my job quickly and starting work when promised, to the actual work and the clean up, these guys are REMARKABLE!! I am so very very pleased with the work and professionalism, and I just can't stop smiling every time I go outside and look at the area. Am already thinking of the next job I can hire them for, and have recommended them to several of my neighbors. Mark and his assistant showed up on time. They demonstrated a very professional attitude with safety the number one concern.
All eleven trees were dropped exactly where they were suppose to with minimal damage to adjacent trees. They were only contracted to drop the trees not to take them away and cleanup the area. The contracted price was quite fair. Would use him again.

Mark and his crew are one hard working bunch. They battled very high temperatures and rainstorms, yet completed the work, the removal and the clean up. Would we use them again? Absolutely.I thought their price was very fair. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mark responded to my inquiry right a way. The work took three days and each day Mark and his assistant Gifford arrived promptly. They were careful and took pains to avoid damaging any plants, etc. near the tree being removed. I was very satisfied with the work they did. They are very nice guys, really know what they are going, and are tireless workers. I would hire them again with no hesitation.

Mark responded to my email inquiry on the same day I sent it. He came out to give us an estimate on a Saturday so that my husband could be at home to discuss the job without taking time off from work.
Mark and a crew member came when scheduled. They cut down 4 large pine trees that were near the house and the septic system. They also cut down 3 medium-sized maples that were too close to the house. They did a great job of felling the trees without using expensive machinery. Our property is all forested and hilly, with areas of soggy ground which would make it difficult to get to the work area with a bucket truck or crane. Mark likes to plan a strategy for bringing trees down in tricky locations and all the work was done efficiently and safely with no damage to house or fence. The long, slender tree branches were sawed off at convenient sizes for us to drag away, and the heavy limbs and trunks were cut into 2-3 foot sections which we have been able to move down to our driveway for hauling away.
Mark is very experienced and easy to work with. He does not pressure customers to have unnecessary work done. We would highly recommend him and his crew to anyone needing tree work.

Excellent and professional service from start to finish. Mark showed up on time for the estimate, walked the property answering questions about any trees regardless of whether or not I wanted them removed. He then went through a plan for dropping the tree’s being especially detailed about a large oak in close proximity to the house. Mark gave me a tentative schedule for the removal, called to confirm the date, which he adjusted to accommodate an unexpected change to my schedule. The work done on the scheduled days was performed exactly as explained and, with all logs and debris removed, the yard was in a better looking condition than the pre-work state. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work performed by Mark and his employee’s. I’ve already recommended him others in the neighborhood.

Showed up on time as agreed. Cut trees as agreed. Did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the work.

They were excellent, they cleaned up after themselves and did everything they said they were going to do. They were in and out, and did good work.

The process went well both times. Mark was punctual in coming out for estimates and to get the work done. The work was not very challenging, but he did a solid job and the price was very reasonable. I would use Mark again for tree trimming work.
