+ -1 moreDid not make tenants abide by contract. Has been over 30 days. Haven’t received last months rent or the deposit which isn’t enough for the repairs needed for the house caused by the tenants. And haven’t received the maintenance deposit I put up. Want answer or return calls. Please don’t let them manage your property

Description of Work: We rented a house from them and it was infested with Roaches. The realty company had been managing the property for years and knew all about it. They never told us and when we figured it out they said the best they could do was let us out of our lease. Disgusting.
