Greylin, the owner, helped us better define the work we needed done, gave us a bids on several options and then answered all questions about the bids. He remained in contact throughout the process of the job and patiently answered all of my questions throughout the job. He and his crew do beautiful work regardless of the size of the job. They come prepared, work efficiently, and clean up when they are finished. I never hesitated giving them the key to my house and never saw them take a break.. (I believe they drank the coffee I'd bring them as they were working) I would tell anyone considering a major remodel, to put Grace 2 at the top of the list of the list when looking for bids.

The Rice brothers were somewhat busy, so the siding project was started and completed fairly quickly from the time the initial estimate was provided. The interior work was done approximately 2 months later, however, we both agreed on that time-line. Once they started on the project they worked steadily on the various elements of the remodel. They are very professional and easy to work with.
