 + 0 moreThey did a fantastic job, work efficient. Their prompt service, courtesy, everything about what they do was great. They did a really really good job. They got here to give the estimate. They were here within the day or two and did the work. I thought it was an excellent price for what they did. I was actually expecting more.
Description of Work: They repaired the roof and some of the walls. My back was sanded.

 + -1 moreGreylin, the owner, helped us better define the work we needed done, gave us a bids on several options and then answered all questions about the bids. He remained in contact throughout the process of the job and patiently answered all of my questions throughout the job. He and his crew do beautiful work regardless of the size of the job. They come prepared, work efficiently, and clean up when they are finished. I never hesitated giving them the key to my house and never saw them take a break.. (I believe they drank the coffee I'd bring them as they were working) I would tell anyone considering a major remodel, to put Grace 2 at the top of the list of the list when looking for bids.
Description of Work: Remodeling. Major focus was window installation, but various other work was done. Grace Construction also has done other work on our house including drywall repair, roof repair, door installation, etc.

 + 4 moreThe Rice brothers were somewhat busy, so the siding project was started and completed fairly quickly from the time the initial estimate was provided. The interior work was done approximately 2 months later, however, we both agreed on that time-line. Once they started on the project they worked steadily on the various elements of the remodel. They are very professional and easy to work with.
Description of Work: Grace 2 Construction have been doing work for me for the last five months as I am doing major remodeling to my home. I have had my old siding removed and new hardiplank installed and painted, with great satisfaction. This portion of the job involved sub-contractors, however, they were there every day to supervise, make sure I was satisfied and follow the progress of the work. I have since moved inside and turned a 12 X 12 bedroom into a walk-in closet; installing cabinets, shelving, and areas to hang clothes. It is absolutely beautiful. My next project was to redo a small bathroom, by changing the location of the door, taking out a closet, removing the bathtub and installing a tiled walk-in shower. Again, beautiful! This work was done by the two owners of Grace 2 Construction themselves, and shows the wonderful attention to detail that I have come to know. They really care that it gets done right. I felt that with this company I had a partner to work with - the best outcome!
